Small Area Movement Program - Fall 2024
Win every loose puck, and dictate your skill. While movement pattern perfection is always at our core, the focus of our Small Area Movement program is to challenge the speed and timing of the movement pattern and applicable stick skills in a confined area or space. While challenging athletes in their most dynamic and explosive form, athletes are trained to re-map asymmetrical movement and skill patterns to improve their in-game performance. Read and react is slow, anticipate and dictate to reach your performance goals.

-Weekly Detailed PS On-Ice Movement Sessions
-10 Week Format
-Complete On-Ice Movement Asymmetry Analysis
-Complete On-Ice Movement Corrective Program
-Certified, Energetic PS Coaches
-Maximum Quality Repetition and Positive Feedback
-Max 5 to 1 Player to Coach Ratio
-Wear the Gear! Free PS Jersey and socks
-Use the Method like our 350+ NHL players
**Sessions end the week of (December 15th) on their respective days. Make up dates available each week. When you buy 10 sessions you will receive the opportunity to redeem 10 sessions**
