Perfect Skating Program- Late Summer 2026
The building block of all On-Ice Movement. The Perfect Skating Program is a series of isometric platforms designed to enhance kinetic on-ice feel while discovering asymmetries in movement performance. Designed to focus on joint mobility, joint stability, and whole-body alignment, the Perfect Skating Program is built for athletes who are looking to restore Movement Efficiency while adding the performance gains of increased speed and agility.
- Program Start Date is the Week of August 16th, 2026
- Final day of Late Summer program will be Friday, October 9th, 2026

-Weekly Detailed PS On-Ice Movement Sessions

- 5 to 1 Player to Coach Ratio
-Wear the Gear! Free PS Jersey and socks
-Use the Method like our 350+ NHL players
**Sessions commence the week of August 16th on their respective days. Make up dates available each week. When you buy 10 sessions you will have the opportunity to redeem 8 sessions. Make Up Credit expires at the end of the Program**
