Perfect Skating Program - Late Summer/Fall 2025
The building block of all On-Ice Movement. The Perfect Skating Program is a series of isometric platforms designed to enhance kinetic on-ice feel while discovering asymmetries in movement performance. Designed to focus on joint mobility, joint stability, and whole-body alignment, the Perfect Skating Program is built for athletes who are looking to restore Movement Efficiency while adding the performance gains of increased speed and agility.
- Program Start Date is the Week of August 18th, 2025
- The final day of the late summer/early fall program will be Friday, Oct. 10th

-Weekly Detailed PS On-Ice Movement Sessions

-Complete On-Ice Movement Asymmetry Analysis
-Complete On-Ice Movement Corrective Program with Progression Tracking
-Certified, Energetic PS Coaches
-Maximum Quality Repetition and Positive Feedback
-Max 5 to 1 Player to Coach Ratio

-Use the Method like our 350+ NHL players
**Sessions commence the week of (August 18th) on their respective days. Make up dates available each week. When you buy 8 sessions you will receive the opportunity to redeem 8 sessions**
