28 WEEK- Elite Player Development Program- 26'/27'

Our Elite Player Development Program focuses on detailed preparation, resulting in positive transfers to Game Performance. Today’s athletes seek personal coaching to improve their game, an inspiring mentor to maintain confidence, and a trusted connection for increased personal feedback outside their coaching staff. 

While athletes continue to Perfect their Movement and Skill Sequences during weekly sessions, each athlete is assigned a Personal Coach who is entrusted to provide the ultimate feedback on each athlete’s performance through a personal, custom, and connected approach using mediums such as Player Profiling, Game Scouting, Video Edits and often just giving their athlete a big Hug or High Five of encouragement! This program is the most customized service available in the market. 

Requirements: 
• Already completed a Small Area Movement program OR "12u A" level or higher
• Players must be birth year 2016 or older
• Actively playing for a sanctioned team during the 26'-27' hockey season at the 10u level or higher

What is Included:

• 28 Weeks of Small Area Movement On-Ice Sessions: 
• Low 5:1 Player-to-Coach Ratio: 
• One Game Analysis Video: A coach will collect film of your shifts and break down your skating movements to optimize your on-ice performance.
• Two Movement Pattern Video Analyses: We slow down the tape to analyze your mechanics under a microscope, breaking down your isolated on-ice movements to maximize speed and efficiency.
• Seasonal Goal-Setting & Milestone Tracking: A dedicated framework to establish clear, measurable objectives at the start of the season and track your player's milestones throughout the 28 weeks.

Continuous Feedback & Professional Evaluation

Development requires accountability. This program features a season-long feedback loop so players and parents always know exactly where they stand:

• Session Notes & Feedback: Our coaches constantly monitor on-ice movements to correct asymmetries and technical flaws. Detailed, written feedback is compiled and shared at the end of each 10-week block.
• The Final Scouting Report: Upon the program's conclusion, players receive a comprehensive Perfect Skating Scouting Report Card. This elite-level document outlines seasonal notes and provides a final, professional scouting analysis covering the player's Technical, Tactical, and Intangible skill sets.
