20 WEEK- Elite Player Development Program- 24'/25'

Our Elite Player Development Program focuses on detailed preparation, resulting in positive transfers to Game Performance. Today’s athletes seek personal coaching to improve their game, an inspiring mentor to maintain confidence, and a trusted connection for increased personal feedback outside their coaching staff. 

While athletes continue to Perfect their Movement and Skill Sequences during weekly sessions, each athlete is assigned a Personal Coach who is entrusted to provide the ultimate feedback on each athlete’s performance through a personal, custom, and connected approach using mediums such as Player Profiling, Game Scouting, Video Edits and often just giving their athlete a big Hug or High Five of encouragement! This program is the most customized service available in the market. 

Requirements: 
• Already completed a Small Area Movement program
• Players must be birth year 2015 or older
• Actively playing for a sanctioned team during the 24'-25' hockey season at the 10u level or higher

What is Included:

• 20 weeks of Small Area Movement on-ice sessions

• Session notes and feedback: Our Perfect Skating coaches will monitor on-ice movements, help correct asymmetries, and provide written feedback from all lessons. Written feedback will be shared at the end of each 10-week program 

• Two, Game Analysis Videos: Our Perfect Skating coaches will attend two of your season games, capture video clips of your shifts, and then analyze and provide feedback on your performance

• Scouting Report: Upon the program's conclusion, we will provide a final Scouting Report Card, including the weekly notes from PS sessions and a final analysis covering technical, tactical, and intangibles. 

• A higher level of personalized coaching during weekly lessons

• Low 5:1 on-ice player-to-coach ratio
